Faith Mountain Farm
Family farm located right here in the High Country. The Wilkes family started their farm in 2005, where they produce delicious sourwood honey we feature in our hot honey chicken sandwich and high-country honey ale!

Bolick Family Farms
Bolick Farms is a family operated farm located in Boone, NC. Although farming has been in their family for generations, the beef business began for them ten years ago. In 2019 they decided to sale local beef. The cattle eat the spent grain from our brewing process!

Against the Grain
Against the Grain is a diversified located here in Boone, NC in the community of Zionville. The farm raises a broad spectrum of certified Biodynamic and Organic vegetables on about 2 acres of crop land and pasture-raised, GMO-free, Animal Welfare Approved meats on the remaining pastures, woodlots and hay fields.

High Country Fungi is your one stop shop for all things Mushrooms! We propagate all of our own cultures and spawn, in house, in a sterile laboratory, to ensure the healthiest mushrooms for our customers. We currently supply many of your favorite Boone restaurants with fresh, gourmet mushrooms and will be vending at the Watauga County Farmers Market every weekend in 2021.

Heritage Homestead Goat Dairy is nestled on 17 acres in the mountains of Ashe County just outside of Jefferson, North Carolina. Their wonderful sweet milk is made into farmstead cheese sold at local farmers’ markets and select retail shops.
