Every year, we break out the steins, sausages, and this glowing amber brew to celebrate this amazing community that we live in. We source an extremely limited imported German Fest malt, add German hops, our clean mountain water, and ferment it all on traditional German yeast for over seven weeks until it’s just right. Some traditions just don’t need to be messed with. Prost!
